Episode #172 – She’s All That

Episod172

The Canucks rumour mill is churning nice and hot going into the NHL All-Star Break as fans and media are all curious, could Ken Holland be the next general manager of the Vancouver Canucks?

Ryan, P Mac and Geeta gather this week to talk about another week of pure success from the Vegas Golden Knights. William Karlsson’s incredible shooting percentage and that home ice advantage have the Knights leading the NHL right now! They discuss how Torts and the Blue Jackets plan to combat that Vegas flu. Will it pay off? Will the players play better while playing guilty?

They also discuss the Ken Holland rumours or at least entertain the idea of the longtime Red Wings GM heading to the west coast to turn the Canucks around. Is Holland the guy to do it? Is his track record in Detroit come with some asterisks? Not a lot of fans are sold on him or his drive to keep the Red Wings’ playoff streak alive, would he be a good fit in Vancouver?

They also discuss the culture problems in Arizona as word came out that Louis Domingue described the unusual and unprofessional way the Coyotes handled his contract and roster spot in his final days in Arizona.

They also discuss the red hot Colorado Avalanche and Nathan MacKinnon’s Hart Trophy worthy season, further discuss the Matt Duchene effect, the Oilers’ gift to the New York Rangers and the chances of another season of Sedinery in Vancouver

Enjoy!

Listen to this week’s 5 Minutes for Paying as ‘Dump and Chase’ returns with Geeta telling an awful Tinder interaction and Ryan tells the funniest thing he’s ever heard anyone say to him (the morning after a one night stand)
