The Colorado Avalanche win their third Stanley Cup, but most importantly, Nathan MacKinnon finally wins his first.

Geeta, Arash and Ryan get together in the midst of a west coast heatwave to break down the Av’s defeating the Bolts in six games. They look at the key injuries Tampa faced, how well Colorado is constructed and Mackinnon’s wish for Sidney Crosby to be drunk at his Stanley Cup party.

They also discuss the Vancouver Canucks’ upcoming offseason as well as the team taking over the Hockey Hall of Fame with Daniel and Henrik Sedin as well as Roberto Luongo going in on their first ballots!
